
This guide provides our store owners a quick guide to configure their store Payment & Delivery Method. These are required for customers to buy online.
STEP 1: Log into Wonder Art using your login credentials
STEP 2: Click on “Manage Store” button OR “STORE ADMIN” option
(1) Payment Method(s)
STEP 3: Click “Store Configuration” option on left menu bar
STEP 4: Click “Payment Methods” option to open the screen below
STEP 5: Install the relevant payment methods for your store. (Note: we provide 4 methods and you can choose as many as you prefer)
This is a PayPal Example: Add the PayPal payment method.
1.Click the “Install” Option for PayPal
STEP 6: Enter the relevant details for the Payment Method
2. Enter the following:
(i) Payment Method Description
(ii) Payment Fee for customers using this method
(iii) PayPal Account name (Note: You require a PayPal account prior to installing this)
STEP 7: Click “Submit” to save the details.
Payment Method Notes:
1. At least one payment method is required for a customer to purchase an item from your store.
(2) Delivery Methods
STEP 8: Click “Store Configuration” option on left menu bar
STEP 9: Click “Delivery Methods” option to open the screen below
STEP 10: Add a Delivery Method using the option shown below
STEP 11: Enter the relevant details for the Delivery Method
Example: Add a Delivery method “Contact Seller for Delivery Charge”.
Enter the following:
(i) Delivery Name
(ii) Delivery Fee (this is a fixed amount for all your items listed)
(iii) Delivery Surcharge (this can be used for delivery insurance, etc)
(iii) Delivery Description (this is a more detailed description of the delivery method)
STEP 12: Click “Submit” to save the details.
Delivery Method Notes:
1. At least one delivery method is required for a customer to purchase an item from your store.
