Alice Springs is my birthplace, I grew up on Pine Hill Station, a cattle station located 240kms North West of the Alice. My mother was a kaytetye woman, although most of my relatives are in the Anmatyerr language group.

I have been involved in art from a very early age, my attraction and interest in these initial years was in landscapes, and pastoral scenes. I have always been fascinated with Ancient Indigenous Rock Art.

I am always captivated by the levels of aging in the Rock Art and the many layers of colors used by the artists.

I use a combination of acrylic paints and oils applied to archers paper, this mixture allows me to get the desired aging effect with cracked backgrounds and transparent layering of my motifs.
